Compliance

Civil end-use. Documented at every step.

ORSA supplies civil critical-infrastructure protection. Every inquiry is reviewed for destination, end user and end use before a quotation is issued.

01

What we require

Before a quotation is issued, we ask for the information that allows a proper review.

  • End-user certificate
  • Import authorization, where applicable
  • Project description and site type
  • Confirmation of civil end use
  • Destination and consignee details
02

What we do not do

Some business is not worth the risk to the project or the supply chain.

  • No supply to sanctioned countries, entities or individuals
  • No supply where the end use cannot be verified
  • No “license-free” or “no authorization required” claims
  • No supply to military or paramilitary end users
03

Export authorization

Authorization is applied for per shipment and is subject to the relevant authorities. A quotation does not imply that authorization has been granted, and a proforma invoice is not a shipping commitment.

04

Documentation

Every shipment is supported by a document set that matches the goods and the destination.

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • End-user certificate
  • Test and acceptance records
  • Transport and insurance documents
05

Right to decline

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or order that does not meet our compliance standards, without further explanation.

Send the project details first.

Country, end user, site type and intended use are enough to start the review. We will tell you what else is needed.
